Airsoft97 Lucky Bag (Winter 2021)

Actually, the first lucky bag I've ever bought in my life is this Airsoft97 Kobe store's 1st anniversary limited lucky bag, the 100,000 yen course.

Despite it being my first time ever, I suddenly decided to spend 10 yen on in-game purchases.

To be honest, it was scary. But I was also enjoying it.

First, it was sold out on January 25th and I couldn't buy it, but it seems like they restocked it for just a moment the following evening, so I thought I'd lose if I hesitated and went for it.

I live in the Kanto region, but the delivery record starts in Urasoe, and it seems the package traveled for about a week from Kyushu to Kanto and then to my home.

Now, let's open the black object. Open

I tore open the black plastic and peeled off the bubble wrap, revealing one plain brown box and three blue boxes.

Upon opening the package, I saw a short, plain brown box, and when I opened it...

It turned out to be a DMT AR15 CombatLighter (A2 pistol grip version).

It seems that this is being sold by 97 for 15,400 yen.

I was surprised by the price, but it's well-made for the price, which left a good impression. The switch seems to be a microswitch, and the trigger feel is decent. Actually, my wife is under 150cm tall, so this is something I really appreciate.

I haven't actually fired it yet.

I'll open the smallest of the blue boxes.

This is a G&G CM16 SRXL 12-inch tarp. Apparently, it's the longest one in the series. It seems to be selling for 34,320 yen at 97.

This is the electronic trigger ETU, which, although rumored, is probably outdated now.

I haven't connected the battery yet, so I don't know anything about it, but I'm looking forward to it.

By the way, I have one FCU, a Revaisan 2 from GAW, with rear wiring. What's the difference?

The receiver and upper receiver are made of resin, but they have a nice feel to them.

The front features a press-formed aluminum KeyMod rail.

I don't have KeyMod compatible rails. I was surprised by how thin and light it is. And it's really light.

The next one is also a blue box.

It was a G&G CM16LMG DST. I'm quite happy. It seems to be selling for 49,390 yen at 97.

It also came with an electronic trigger and a 2500-round electric winding magazine.

I wonder if I'll ever need to shoot this much, but it gives me a sense of security.

I also own a full-metal A&K Minimi MK46, which is incredibly light and easy to handle.

It seems to have nothing but advantages. Well, the weight will increase by about 0.5 kg once you load it with ammunition. It's also nice that it comes with dummy cartridges, although they're not shown in the photos.

For some reason, even though I bought a lucky bag full of airsoft guns, I ended up catching a fish.

This is the G&G Mambo, or rather, the FN F2000 Tactical ETU BK. I was shocked when I saw it. 97's price was 48,950 yen. That's quite expensive.

At first I didn't like it, but after holding it and petting it for a while, it started to look a little cute.

It's fairly heavy, but as expected from a recently designed product, it feels good when you hold it. When you hold it, the center of gravity is towards the rear due to the bullpup design, which feels unnatural, but it fits well when you hold it.

Well, since we've had this chance to meet, I'll customize it. I'm seriously considering making it a sunfish color or turning it into an anime-themed gun.

By the way, the trigger feel is terrible; the mechanism that presses the switch using the link and rod, which is inherent to bullpup designs, has too much play. I need to fix that too.

This came as a bonus.

It's cute and looks great. According to user 97, the price is 880 yen.

Summary

The set included one DMT and three G&G guns, for a total of four guns, plus some extras. According to 97, the total price was 148,940 yen, which is a saving of 48,940 yen compared to the amount paid.

I rarely buy fictional airsoft gun models myself, so it was a fresh and enjoyable experience for me.

I enjoyed this experience, even though I'm a beginner, realizing that these kinds of new discoveries are the real charm of lucky bags. (Actually, I was aiming for the G&G M14 EBR Long. I actually already bought it. But that's a secret!)

I had a lot of fun, so if I have some extra money, I might buy another lucky bag from somewhere in the future.
